How did you get started?

I used to teach train-the-trainer classes. A client that I worked with in New York and London called me asking for help using a new software tool called Placeware, which later became Microsoft Live Meeting. Their trainers were tired of having to fly around the world to deliver courses and were motivated. So, I learned how to use it, and I developed a course that addressed technical and delivery preparation and promoted effective engagement with tools available in Placeware. That was in 1999 and I’ve been at it ever since.
